Remote one-on-one coaching

The online package will include an initial intake meeting (20 minutes) and 3 sessions (45 minutes each).  All coaching is individualized, practical and transformative.  Wanting to get unstuck,  in a time of transition,  need support understanding how anxiety impacts your daily life, want to build your confidence, feel like you have been chasing your joy, and rallying your support system so that you can be the best version of yourself then life coaching is for you.  After the initial intake meeting a questionnaire will be sent that will include a list of topics from which to choose that will help direct the sessions.  Individuals will receive session reminders, priority timeslots and email summaries with action plans.  This is for teens, college-age and adults.   Great to schedule on its own or in conjunction with Learning Coaching Packages.
