Remote group for students going into grades 7-12.

The cost is $350 for 6 sessions (45 minutes).

The focus of this group is on the following modules:

• • Time management
  • Organization of materials and space
  • Learning preferences – what does it mean?
  • Effective and efficient studying  
  • Memory strategies
  • Metacognition – let’s get META about thinking
  • Resilience and grit- how to find courage, hope and strength to try again after failure

We will focus on how to integrate these skills into school and daily lives.   Students will leave prepared with “tools” in their toolbox. They will feel better prepared to start the upcoming school year.
