Parent(s) need to sign a release from at the school to allow the educational coach to communicate with teacher(s). Once that is done most communication occurs through email unless a teacher prefers a phone call.
The difference is that in working alongside your child/young adult we have intimate knowledge of the common core, teaching methods used in class at elementary and secondary levels, a deep understanding of content area, and a knowledge of how students learn.
